Journalist & video producer

I am an independent reporter and producer currently based in Boston. I focus on accountability reporting and visual storytelling that challenges dominant narratives.

I’ve worked in journalism for a decade. I’ve published work on privatized prison healthcare in Massachusetts, reported for community outlets and public media in Boston (Dorchester Reporter, Bay State Banner and GBH News), written about civil rights and feminist movements in India, worked for an investigative television series in Miami (Fusion TV’s ‘The Naked Truth’), and produced for the Boston Globe's first-ever television show, ‘Boston Globe Today.’

I received my master’s degree from Columbia Journalism School, where I specialized at the Stabile Center for Investigative Journalism and wrote a longform piece about addiction services for people approaching release from incarceration.
